Description:
I have lived in this property for over 4 years. I moved in with their being issues with the house due to mould and damp it got worse over the months and years to the point where my kitchen’s rates leaking. My doors started disintegrating because of the damp, my ceiling by my bathroom has come through. A part of my kitchen ceiling came through the fixed it but didn’t plaster it. Damp and mould kept coming through due to the outside roof needing to be fixed. I’ve emailed and messaged my estate agents regarding it they’ve said it would get sorted but never did. I’ve got photo evidence over the years and even recently. I had an inspection yesterday they said it’s not fit to live in we’ll end up giving you your 6 months notice. I feel like I’m being punished for their mistakes and now being kicked out with no where to go. I’ve been trying to move out ever since the first year of moving in due to the circumstances I was in and still is till this day and couldn’t because of money so how am I in 6 months. They can’t get away with this.
