Success Fees

We always work on a no win no fee basis, meaning you won't pay a thing unless you win compensation. You will have the right to cancel the agreement within 14 days with no penalty. If you cancel after 14 days you may be charged for work done up until the time of cancellation. We use multiple partners to ensure we are able to offer claims against all lenders, from whom we receive payments. The exact fee structure will depend on which lender you are claiming against, as this decides which of our partners is most suitable for your claim.

High-Cost Lending & Car Finance

For all other lending claims (including Credit Card Claims and car finance) our partner Sanderson Drake charges a fee based on the following % of the redress received from your lender for your claim:

The full details are set out in their Conditional Fee Agreement. If you choose to cancel your agreement before the stage of a final offer you may be charged a fee. Where this happens, we will be unable to conclude the claim and a cancellation invoice will be raised based on the average claim value in the last 12 months for the type of claim we are processing.

If your claim is successful, then please make your payment on time. In cases of non-payment, there may be extra charge for the additional works undertaken in the recovery of the unpaid invoice.

Housing Disrepair

You will not be charged for assessing your case. We operate on a No Win No fee basis. If your case loses, it won’t cost you anything. You only pay when your case is successful and the cost would be deducted from any compensation you receive. This amount is generally 25% of your total compensation plus ATE insurance. In the case of housing disrepair, all repairs are carried out by your landlord and we do not charge you any fee for the cost of repairs.
