Description:
For 4 years reported broken sill window not be done been online to council in Autumn,winter is mouldy,wall goes damp water on window runs on floor condensation causing damp smell am at disgust running round circles and painting it? I pay full rent. Other problems with fan in kitchen seems to close to wall damp again starts over corners of kitchen.
